> Brewing Directions
Makes 40-50 Cups
Beware overbrewing. The tea can become exceptionally potent.
Instead reuse the herbs for a second batch.
Use one level teaspoon for each cup of herb tea to be made.
(One level tablespoon works well for one quart of tea.)
Place the loose herb in a saucepan (never use aluminum!)
and add cold water. Bring to a boil, place lid on, then
simmer gently for 5-10 minutes. Experiment with decocting
time to find favorite flavor and aroma.
Sip slowly; enjoying the wonderful flavor and healing qualities
inherent in these traditional blends.
Not intended for prolonged use without advice from a health care professional.
