Cornsilk and Marshmallow Root are
soothing kidney tonics while Couchgrass has mild antibiotic
properties. Goldenrod is an anti-inflammatory herb and Parsley
Leaf, high in chlorophyll, is cleansing and nourishing.

Directions
for Use
Use one level teaspoon for each cup
of herb tea to be made. (One level tablespoon works well for
one quart of tea.)
Place the loose herb in a saucepan (never use aluminum!) and
add cold water. Bring to a boil, place lid on, then simmer gently
for 5-10 minutes. Experiment with decocting time to find favorite
flavor and aroma.
Sip slowly; enjoying the wonderful flavor and healing qualities
inherent in these traditional blends.
